Occupational Therapist & Certified Personal Trainer
I help new and expecting moms become strong, confident, and energized through targeted exercise programs. I love learning, and I Iove helping others live healthier lives.
Throughout my education, I have extensively learned and researched how physical activity can drastically improve your mental and physical health. I combine these insights with my expertise in human anatomy and body mechanics in order to deliver the most successful and beneficial results for my clients.
Evidence-based practice is a key value of mine, and I provide my clients with the best outcomes according to the most current research findings. With a strong belief in the importance of continuing education, I continue to pursue courses and certifications in pre/postnatal training and wellness.
