Occupational Therapist & Certified Personal Trainer

As an expecting or new mom, you have an increased risk of injury due to the changes to your body and physical demands during pregnancy, labour, and the postpartum period.

I am dedicated to helping women prevent injuries and feel like their best selves through evidence-based exercise programs.
